LEWZ Property Development Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a building contractor registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15585929), with its principal address at 22 Crawshay Street, Pontypridd, CF37 3EF. We are the data controller responsible for any personal data you share with us.

When you enquire via our contact form, by phone or by email, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, project postcode and any details you give us about the work you want carried out. We do not collect payment card data through this website.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site survey, issue a written quote, and — if you become a client — manage your project and aftercare. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We process your data under "legitimate interests" (responding to enquiries you initiated) and, where you become a client, "performance of a contract".

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact. Client project records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and statutory warranty obligations.
